A complex of 3 two bedrooms villas and 2 three bedrooms villas located in the area called Oberoi, from the name of the famous 5 stars boutique hotel.

The complex is surrounded by the rice fields and is only minutes away from all best Seminyak amenities.

Each villa is self-contained and private walled.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and both, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Ideally located in a quite and seclude area just only 15 minutes from the airport and only few minutes from the white sandy beach of Petitingit , famous for the well know beach-front restaurant, " La Lucciola" and night club "Kudeta".

There is a big 10 mt. swimming pool settled in the lush tropical garden.
The villa is surrounded by rice fields. The villa offers all modern comforts and will appeals everyone is looking for relaxation in the typical unformal atmosphere of an open-style tropical villa.

The staff :

• One maid (08.00 until 17.00) is able to cook breakfast and indonesian meals and provide laundry service , pool attendant and gardener will take care of the property.
  
• The villa is tastefully furnished and enriched by precious details, local artcrafts , decorations and pottery.
  
• The well trained house hold staff will satisfy all your needs and make your stay more enjoyable.

Season Period and Minimum Stay :

Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability. Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Rate Inclusion :

• 10% Government Tax
  
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out)
  
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance and night security staff.
  
• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
